ShowStopperz Dance was founded in May 2015 by Nikiesha Leveston, a graduate of Southside High School, and former Varsity Cheerleader and praise dancer. Nikiesha's passion for working with youth, and being overly active in her youth in multiple sports and extra curricular activities led to the opening of now ShowStopperz Dance Studio.  We accept students ages 4-17. We are looking for dedicated, driven, and determined girls to join our dance studio, to practice, perfect, and perform the art of dance.

 

Our mission is to provide a sanctuary to youth who have a passion for dance, entertainment, theatre, or just want social and emotional growth and support.  We envision a world in which children grow up exploring, thinking for themselves, connecting with their communities, and acting to make the most of life for themselves and others.  Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment for personal and social growth.  Courage speaking out, challenging ourselves and others for the purpose of our mission.  Taking action and creating solutions.
